Nine requisites for contented living:
Health enough to make work a pleasure.
Wealth enough to support your needs.
Strength to battle with difficulties and overcome them.
Grace enough to confess your sins and forsake them.
Patience enough to toil until some good is accomplished.
Charity enough to see some good in your neighbor.
Love enough to move you to be useful and helpful to others.
Faith enough to make real the things of God.
Hope enough to remove all the anxious fears concerning the future.
- Johann Von Goethe

So you want to dance?
Dancing takes rhythm, heart, grace, fluid movements, passion, flexibility, timing, spacing, etc.
Are you up the challenge?

good place to start.

Let the beat come to you Feel the BASS, In Reggae Music the Bass dictates the
movement. Reggae and R&b soul are similar but I would say Reggae is even more intense so get in shape with the right reggae riddims. Never mind trends use every bone in your body to convey the riddims , remember Reggae is a working peoples music and the movements call for such. A so-called move might be a shovel move, pick em up move etc. Reggae is happy upfull and fun music so create while you at it..
